In the BCG Matrix showed previously, it can be observed that the service that represents the cash cow is the monthly plan in which the percentage of growth of this service has been of 45% and its relative market share (actual market share compared with rivals market share) is of 0,02920. The question mark service is the anual plan who has grown 60% in 3 years but the relative market share is small because the rivals have 68% of the market in this type of plan. Taking into account the "Dog" the semester plan is a plan that has low growth and low market share. When talking about the daily plan and the quartertly plan they are in the intersection of cow and dog, and dog and question mark respectively.
