Daniela Greiffenstein:

 

Daniela Greiffenstein is a 19 year old woman who's leadership profile presents many different capabilities. Firstly, in terms of strengths and weaknesses, she has some mixed views of the importance of personal strengths versus weaknesses and their role in her personal growth and career satisfaction. In addition, she shows a high percentage of collaboration which means that she is concerned in building the other person's enthusiasm by appealing to his or her values, ideals, and/or aspirations. In terms of collaboration her basic style is to collaborate, viewing her manager as an ally. Her focus is on them and creating a mutual gain that will satisfy both their interests; her team atmosphere is healthy and conducive to achieving great results and she has very consistent coaching values, her predominant values are the traditional views on management and management practices. Furthermore, her skills will put her in good stead for the future making her be a 21st century manager. Daniela is well on her way to understanding and supporting the needs of this generation X; when she talks about the commitment she has with herself, she is in the most perilous situation, things don’t seem exactly right but they are not bad enough to take action. Finally Daniela's actions are consistent regardless of the person, place, or event. She cares for others, is consistent, do the right things regardless of personal risk and exude integrity.

My leadership profile presents many different capabilities .I am a person who sometimes is in doubt about how to best identify my strengths, I like to fix problems and believe that each person can learn to be competent in almost anything.I also typically try to influence others using: join sell and push

I don’t not appear to have one style that you use most of the time, varying your approach with each situation. This may leave others unsure about what to expect from me.  My   basic style is compromise and I tend to persuade and be willing to concede and defer to authority.

My team’s atmosphere is healthy and conducive to achieving great results.. My coaching values are also consistent, I tend to help to create a high-performing, self-managing group of employees. My values with the view of coaching facilitate employee growth and development. My belief in high performance teams and leadership shines through recognition of the value of training, development, and employee respect.

 

Finally What I need to is more consistency trust myself and look for opportunities to sharpen my skills so I can be more confident by using them all the time, not just some of the time.

Sometimes my focus and thoughts are on my weaknesses or i am in doubt about how to best identify my unique strengths.

I like to fix problems and believe that each person can learn to be competent in almost anything and their greatest room for growth is in his or her areas of greatest weaknesses, so i try to  influence others by building the other person's enthusiasm by appealing to his or her values, ideals, and/or aspirations. Seeking the other person's participation in planning a strategy or being willing to modify a proposal to respond to the other person's concerns.

I obviously believe that the effective coach is supportive, open, collaborative and emphatic. I may feel constrained to really implement a total self-management concept.

I am ready to embark upon the journey required to create and maintain an employee empowered environment. I believe in high performance teams and leadership shines through my recognition of the value of training, development, and employee respect.

Finally, I am ready to be a 21st Century manager. My skills will put me in good stead for the future. I dont  know what the future will bring. A safe bet is that it will be different but, I like these kinds of challenges. In other words i am well on my way to understanding and supporting the needs of the generation X.

My name is Daniela Garcia Sanchez, my concentration is international business, I am going to explain you about my leadership profile. Sometimes I focus on my weaknesses and for my is a little bit difficult to identify my unique strengths, additional I like to fix problems and I believe that each person can learn to be competent in almost anything and their greatest room for growth is in his or her areas of greatest weaknesses.

About my influences tactics I use Rational persuasion (Sell) that Appealing to the other person's feeling of loyalty, and using logical arguments and factual evidence to persuade the other person that proposals or requests are worthwhile. my basic style is compromise and also I believe that the effective coach is supportive, open, collaborative and emphatic. I implement a total self-management concept;on the other hand,  I have started to accommodate this diverse group of people.(The Generation X)

Finally, but not less important,  my team's atmosphere is healthy and conducive to achieving great results. The team can spend their time productively establishing goals, procedures, processes, and clarifying team members roles. For that reasons I am trying to improve my  knowledge, as you see I have weaknesses, I am  doing my best for becoming as strengths.
