our core competencies are Bodytech, curveshome and spinning center which are focused on our industry using strategies such as: Bodytech, is oriented towards high-income strata, provide adequate facilities highly qualified teams, with teams of qualified personnel. Curves, segmented for women seeking adequate and exclusive spaces for them, where are they focused on housewives, executives women, who do not have the  (Money, 2014) sufficient time  to train long hours in a gym, creating training programs of 30 minutes with much more personalized attention. And last but not least spinning center, their targeting strategies for consolidation and expansion taking advantage of market growth also want to follow the steps of the formal market leader Bodytech, climbing in turnover and number of sites

 

2. Potential Entry of New Competitors 

 Analyzing the entry of new gyms or directly enter these franchises the options  are:

-bf + fit

-Altalit

-bubaGym

-VivaFit

   Which they plan to open 150 minimum public establishments, one of the most developed plans is the chain of Brazilian Bio pace which is positioned in the ranking that makes international health as number 17.

 

3. Potential Development of Substitute Products

 

in this industry we  have substitute services which offer a similar service but with other  purposes, like ,  Crossfit centers  which are focused on different workouts, which use functional movements of the body with high intensity programs combined with strength and conditioning. 

Another supplementary service centers are power plate, which offer their workouts with a vibration device of high quality, stimulating muscle contractions.

 

4. Bargaining Power of Suppliers

Fitness Industry are highly skilled in manufacturing machinery and equipment for fitness professionals who will offer the highest technology, superior biomechanics and a high quality addition to this, they  offer advice on the installation of the gym.

 

For these reasons we decided to pick Fitness Industry as our sole distributor, because it handles high quality equipment and offering new technology and cost that fit our budget, also gives us the option of a counseling service in our project.

5. Bargaining Power of Consumers

As the sports industry is a market that has many types of custumers  because of this reason many types of services to satisfy their needs and wants, due to this we can afirm that the sports industry is very competitive because all the companies are willing to atrackt and complace their own customer. According to this, we can say that the industry has an elastic demand which means that any variation in the price of a company will make the consumer, in this case the athlete, to switch to a company that they can afford and that satisfies his/her needs. With this we can infer that is up to the customers to decide what price to pay and the quality of the service they are going to recieve with what they payed.
