b) CLIENTS

  • Is indispensable the use of clothes for workout such as tennis, and clothes of cotton or lycra.

  • The consume of food outside the caffeteria is prohibited.

  • Must maintain clean the machines you are using.

  • We reserve the right of admission.

  • Leave all the elements that you are using in the place you found them.

  • For the locker use, you should bring your own padlock and clear ir daily.

By establishing performance standards Curves center will measure the individual and organizational performance, compare actual performance to planned performance and take corrective actions or rewards if it’s necessary:

  • Sales control: To keep a control of the sales, it will be established mandatory targets to the seller that will be set each month to have a record in linked clients and likewise to know the increase in profits.

  • Inventory control: To have control of the inventory, each month will be checked the functionality of the machines, if they need any reparation it will be done and likewise the existence of the initial inventory will be verified.

  • Expenses Control: To have control of expenses, Working based on the income statements and in collaboration with the general manager and financial manager officer, it must determine the amount of expenses and likewise to have control over them to avoid overdrafts and financial delays.

  • Rewards: To control the awards to employees it will be verified through internal assessments charges (if they meets objectives, good treatment, performance, effectiveness, timeliness, quality of service) made each month, with this information recollected with surveys, it will be known the performance of employees and it is determined who will be worthy of awards motivation.
