Curves center does not depend on successful R&B activities for survival but it’s

important for us to develop new and improved services because of changing

consumer needs and tastes, new technologies, and increasing local and foreign

competition. We think we should consider R&B because it will lead to a

superior service and will give us important competitive advantages.

 

Curves center is going to be handling R&B through a person who is going

to be responsible of the next things:

 

• Developing new services before competitors do.

• Improving service quality.

• Broadening the company´s technological capabilities.

 

 

 

This person is going to be a multi-task employee, that means that R&B activities are going to be integrated and coordinated across departments and divisions by having the departments share experiences and information.
